WSL manages investment projects held in a joint venture with both
institutional and private investors, as well as third party
assignments.
Our solution provides access to direct co-investment
opportunities on a deal by deal basis, focusing on quality yield
preservation and leveraging the tax advantages that come with
direct real estate ownership.

OUR PLATFORM
EQUITY
Our equity investment strategy aims to acquire undervalued
assets located in premier locations with value-add investment
objectives and the potential for significant increase in cash
flow and residual value. We focus on value-add
investments particularly in mixed-use and retail real
estate assets.
DEBT
WSL pursues debt investments by originating senior secured
loans and mezzanine loans for the acquisition or refinancing
of Class A commercial real estate including upper upscale
hotel and resort properties. We also acquire non-performing
loans and preferred equity investments with no regional
restrictions.
