EQUITY
Our equity investment strategy aims to acquire undervalued
assets located in premier locations with value-add investment
objectives and the potential for significant increase in cash
flow and residual value. We focus on value-add
investments particularly in mixed-use and retail real
estate assets.
DEBT
WSL pursues debt investments by originating senior secured
loans and mezzanine loans for the acquisition or refinancing
of Class A commercial real estate including upper upscale
hotel and resort properties. We also acquire non-performing
loans and preferred equity investments with no regional
restrictions.
